Helpdesk Terms of Service:

Thank you for using the Ultratek Helpdesk. Please understand that by accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions outlined below. In addition, when using this service you will be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to the service. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. Helpdesk Terms & Conditions:

By submitting a ticket you affirm your agreement to the following terms and conditions:

  1. You accept the terms of our privacy policy.
  2. You recognize that you will be charged for the time spent working on the issue(s) listed on your ticket and that you or your employer are responsible for timely payment in full for all services rendered, regardless of the outcome, upon receipt of the relevant invoice.
  3. You accept that payment must be made only through the payment options listed on your invoice.
  4. You recognize that we may waive any fees or other relevant costs only at our own discretion. If we waive any such charges once we are under no obligation to do so again, however, we recognize that once we have chosen to waive a specific charge from an invoice and notified you of the decision, we may not, at any time, reverse that decision or reinstate the charge.
  5. We will refund your payment only if you were mistakenly charged for a service or product that you never received. In all other cases, our products and services are nonrefundable.
  6. We may terminate your access to this and related services, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account. All provisions of this Agreement that, by their nature, should survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
  7. We reserve the right to change these conditions from time to time as we see fit, and your continued use of the helpdesk service will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
