Support Policy

We would like to inform you that we have updated our support policy.  We encourage you to go to our helpdesk to open a ticket when needing assistance, to ensure a prompt response.  Also, contact us through email, please do not send an email to our staff directly but to our Customer Service at cs@mjjt.us.  If it is an emergency, please open a ticket and call to inform us at (212) 868-6688 of the emergency.  The ticket system is monitored during business hours Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM EST.  For non-emergency concerns after business hours, we will get back to you the next business day.  Text messaging is not an accepted way of contact.

Symantec Endpoint Protection - There are multiple problems

If you see the below message on Symantec Endpoint on almost all the machines in our environment.

SEP Error

Known issue Symantec . There is no workaround yet.

It says a hotfix is coming but there is no ETA yet.
