Firefox Update Tutorial

Today's new Firefox release continues to bring fast and private together right at the crossroads of performance and security.  In one year the Firefox browser has gotten 1% faster with each week. Firefox, now 80% faster than the year before. Firefox will now protect you again running older versions of the browser which can lead to data corruption and stability issues. Starting with Firefox version 67, you can block harmful scripts including cryptominers and fingerprinters. These privacy protections are mostly invisible, but you'll know they're working when you see a shield icon on the left within your address bar.

01On top right corner, three horizontal lines, click on it and find the Help tab and click on it.

 02On the Help tab, after clicking on it, find About Firefox and click for more information. It will display a pop-up about the version of Firefox.

03After the pop-up appears, the update will begin. After doing so, it will request to restart Firefox to get the newest version.

 04After the restart, Firefox will show a congratulations message.

05Repeat the previous steps to check if Firefox is up to date.
