Log in to the respective SSL VPN

First, select your language
Next, you might get a window that opens asking for "User Account Control" say "Yes" to that.
Click "Next"
Continue to select "Next"
For this window, you have to type in the Host addressOnce you have entered the address click "Next"
The next window we suggest if you use the SLL VPN on a regular basis check off the Launch SSL VPN Agent automatically on startup.Once done click "Next"
You are finished installing the new SSL VPN Agent. Click "Finish"
Now reboot the Computer
After the reboot and login, if you selected Launch SSL VPN Agent automatically on startup, you should find it on your Taskbar in the low right corner.
If you did not select automatically, find it on your menu under Barracuda and open it.
If you want to have it visible all the time you can make the change by selecting right mouse button > Settings on the low right corner.
Then this window will open and go down to Notification area and click on "Select which icons appear on the taskbar"
Then this will open the following window and you have two ways you can do it.
We suggest that you Turn On "Always show all icons in the notification area" which is a good way to know what is always running on your computer.
If not you can just go down the list and only select the SSL VPN Agent.
Once done that you will see the SSL Agent in the taskbar
Now right mouse button on the SSL VPN select "Login"
It will open a browser and login as you would normally do
Then, this will appear in the browser and say "Yes" to it
The reset of the SSL VPN will work the same way as before.
Verify that a client-to-site IPsec VPN with shared key authentication has been properly configured.
To configure an Apple iOS device for IPsec VPN connections with the Barracuda NextGen Firewall X-series:On the Apple iOS device, tap Settings > General > VPN > Add VPN Configuration.
On the Add VPN Configuration screen, tap the IPSec tab
Configure the following settings:1. Server - The IP address of FQDN that the VPN service is listening on (e.g., 62.99.0.51)2. Account and Password - Your username and suggest to leave password blank have it Ask Every Time for the password3. Group Name - The access policy name for the client-to-site VPN on the X-series Firewall you wan to connect to (e.g., IPsecVPN)4. Secret - the shared key
Tap Save in the top right corver. The VPN configuration then appears on the VPN screen.
After configuring the Apple device, you can connect to the IPsecVPN
On your Apple iOS device, tap Settings and then turn on VPN. After a few seconds, the VPN icon appears in the status bar to indicate that the connection is successful.
When a Client sends an Email through Gmail the Email goes through Barracuda.com to make sure it is not spam, virus, or a threat. If the email gets Blocked or Quarantined it will then go to “Barracuda Mail” where it stays there 30 days. It the email is Exempt it will then go through the Internal DNS to through the firewall and into Mail.Ultratek. If all component match before going into the internal DNS, the email will go to DNS Reputation Check, Sender Policy Framework (SPF), Domain Keys (DKIM) Inception, DNS Blacklist, Virus Scanner, Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), File Content Scan, and Link Protection. After Barracuda makes sure that the email is safe to be sent then the email goes through the firewall and arrives and Mail.Ultratek where the MJJT Staff is able to see it.
Assuming that the software is downloaded. Please right-click on the icon located on the taskbar.
Hover over "Connect to" and click on the name of the VPN you would like to connect to.
A window will pop-up for you to log in. Use the given username and password to access the VPN then click "Connect".
After you have logged in correctly a message will pop-up, click on "Ok" to proceed with your tasks.
After clicking "Ok", you can go on and exit by pressing on x.
After exiting the window, you can continue to "Remote Desktop" until you're finished.
Once you have finished your tasks using "Remote Desktop", you can go back to the VPN app to disconnect.
