Open Microsoft word.
Open to a blank Document.
Then on top select File.

Then on the Menu on the left  Select Account.
Then in the main under Product Information select Product Key and enter your key.
Then follow the instruction on the screen.

Open Outlook
Create a New Quick Step

Name it "Encrypt"
Choose the action "New Message"
Hit "Show Options"
In the "Subject" line add the word "Encrypt"
Hit "Finish"

Now, when you need to make an encrypted email, just hit the "Encrypt" button.  You can add your subject after the "Encrypt" in the subject line.

If you have a large .pst or .ost file, you may experience application pauses while you perform typical operations in Outlook.  These typical operations include reading email messages, moving email messages, and deleting email messages.

When you use Outlook, the following .ost size guidelines generally apply to desktops or laptops not using Wi-Fi:

Up to 2 gigabytes (GB): This file size should provide a good user experience.

Up to 5 gigabytes (GB): This file should provide a good user experience on most hardware.

Between 5 and 10 GB: This file is typically hardware dependent.  Therefore, if you have a fast hard disk and lots of RAM, your experience will be better.  However, slower hard disk drives, such as drives that are typically found on portable computers or early-generation solid-state drives (SSD), experience some application pauses when he drives respond.

More than 10 GB: When the .ost file reaches this size, short pauses begin to occur on most hardware.

Very large (25 GB or larger): An .ost file of this size increases the frequency of short pauses, especially while you are downloading new email messages

If you are running Outlook on a computer that has a first generation solid state drive (SSD) or a slow rotational hard disk drive (HDD), you may experience frequent pauses when you perform typical operations in Outlook. 

Storing and retrieving data in an Outlook data file involves lots of small noncontiguous reads and writes. A good metric to use when you gauge data file performance on specific hardware is the disk drive’s noncontiguous write performance. The Windows performance team created the WinSAT tool. You can use this tool to benchmark specific disk drives. 

The WinSAT tool is included in Windows Vista and later versions of Windows. To run WinSAT, follow these steps:
Click Start, and then type cmd in the Search programs and files box. (Use the Start Search box in Windows Vista.)

Right-click cmd or cmd.exe in the results list, and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted, enter your administrator credentials.

 At the command prompt that appears, run the following command:
                                                    Winsat disk -drive c -ran -write -count 10

                                                    Note You can find the results in the following file:

                                                    C:\Windows\Performance\Winsat\Winsat.log

The following table shows an estimated Outlook experience that is based on the score that is returned by the WinSAT tool.

You receive this error message because Outlook 2013 and later versions have a default attachment size limit of 20 megabytes (20480 KB) for Internet email accounts. This limit prevents your computer from continually trying to upload very large attachments that exceed the limits of most Internet service providers. This limit applies whether you are adding one large attachment that is greater than 20 megabytes (MB) or several attachments whose sum total size is greater than 20 MB. For Best Practices, we suggest using files not large than 10 MB attachments.

If you want your email message to be encrypted, you must put the word "Encrypted" on the subject line.

As a receiver, once the email has been received it will ask for the receiver to log in intoBarracude Message Center.  Click on "click here" or on the long link to continue.

After clicking on the link, the receiver will be directed to the Barracuda Message Center to register. Fill in the required fields of the from then click on "Sign In".

After being able to log in, the receiver will be able to see on his/her inbox the emails sent.

Double click on the email to open it and view the email content.

Click the tab "Open Ticket"

If you have an existing account, please sign in.

Register if other wise.

Once you registered, go back and log in.

After you log in, click on the  "Open Ticket" tab, then click on "Open New Ticket".

Click on the links in which your issue falls under.

Fill out the form concerning your issue the click "Create New Ticket".

Check the tab bar at the top of the outlook for the "Server" tab.

If the "Server" tab does not appear on the tab then click "File".

After you click on "File", you will be directed to another view which reads "Access Information".  Select "Slow and Disabled COM Add-ins"

Once that is done you will have to click on "Always enable this add-in".  Close Outlook, then reopen it.  It should synchronize very shortly.

Tap Settings > Accounts & Passwords.

 Select "Add Account".

 Choose Exchange from the list.  The Exchange Device ID is at the bottom of your screen.

 To change the password of your account, on the tab bar click on "Edit Profile".

 Choose a password that you will easily remember but not too easy for hackers to find.

 Click on "Submit" to save the changes on your account.
